Four times a year, an Executive Chef from FCTC teaches 6 clients from St. Francis House the basic skills needed to obtain employment in the food service industry

For one month, the students prepare 100+ quality, daily meals at St. Francis House.

Completion = Safe Staff accreditation to work in a commercial kitchen + Opportunity to continue the 13 month course at FCTC.
